We have taken our low-maintenance & high-yield food forest system and made it available to everyone. Individuals, families, and communities can purchase fully-designed plans to create their food forests and demonstrate home-scale regenerative food, water, and energy production to everyone.

Every Permaculture Farmstead makes your property the ultimate demonstration site for permaculture and the go-to in your community for education, installation support, and design services. Plus, it is a revenue-generating local supply center for all things permaculture-related (nursery plants, trees, and starts, fresh fruits & vegetables, honey, eggs, chickens, etc.)

Each Permaculture Farmstead is unique and has its Aspirations and Objectives embodied in each design. Step up and lead the way for others to grow the movement in your community.

You can start the process by placing a deposit or scheduling a time to talk to our team. The minimum full price for a Permaculture Farmstead Design is $20,000. Extra acres beyond the 3 acres are $2000 per acre. The standard delivery time for the Design Blueprint of the site is 90 days. Expediting is available for an additional fee.
